You can apply Flows Coconut & Lemon Himalayan Salt Scrub on the whole body, or just your feet and hands. To use, massage the scrub onto wet skin with circular motions. Let the scrub stay on the skin for several minutes in order to receive all of the benefits. You can even relax in a sauna with the scrub on your skin! Rinse with water (do not use soap) and pat your skin dry. Don't rub off or you will remove the shea butter and coconut oil from the skin. Because of our ingredients, you don't need to apply a moisturizer afterwards.
