SHIPPING + RETURNS


SHIPPING INFO

 

All orders with items in stock are shipped free of cost as soon as possible, in most cases within the next working day within Qatar. For international shipments we aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 workings days. Weekends (Friday and Saturday) and Qatar public holidays are not considered working days. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional longer delivery times. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.

 

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt and our shipper will not deliver your package without a signature. Delays can occur due to your unavailability to sign for your package or to pay for the required customs and taxes needed upon delivery.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please make sure that you or someone representing you will be available at the original shipping address instructed. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on two or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed.
  • For Cash onDelivery (COD), please have the exact amount available for the courier. It will save you time.
  • Upon receipt of any package, the customer must check that it has not been tampered with or opened before signing.  In the case that the box has been opened or is in poor condition, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the contents of the box and reconcile any differences to the invoice included in the package. Customer should then sign for the package noting any discrepancies with our shipper and inform us of this by email at sales@laterreluxury.com
  • All purchases final price does not include import fees or local taxes, such as State tax and it will be your responsibility to pay for the same.
  • As soon as your order is shipped we will send you an email with the courier and the related waybill. You can also track your order with the courier by logging onto their website and quoting your tracking number.
  • After the order is shipped, the courier can keep your order for a maximum of 14 days, and if we cannot get in touch with you after 14 days, the order will be cancelled and returned to La Terre Luxury. In this case, the customer will be liable for all expenses incurred including but not limited to duties, taxes, return shipping charges. These expenses will be deducted from any applicable refund.
  • For orders to Saudi Arabia a copy of your Saudi national ID or valid resident permit must be provided to the carrier when your order arrives at customs.
  • Our courier partners do their best to deliver within the time frames mentioned above. However, there are times when you may experience a short delay in receiving your shipment due to customs clearance or if they cannot reach you.

COST

While shipping is free, depending on your country, customs fees, duties and taxes may apply. All these potential surcharges are the responsibility of the customer. Should any such surcharges be applied, then the shipping provider will contact you for clearing them before releasing your order. Failure to pay these fees will cause the parcel to be returned to us at the customer’s cost.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order placed atwww.laterreluxury.com please forward the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order: sales@laterreluxury.com

If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products such as Gift cards, Downloadable software products or health and personal care items.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@laterreluxury.com and send your item to:

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over QAR250, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
