How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days. This does not include weekends (Sunday and Saturday) and Qatar public holidays.
Due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control may cause longer delivery times.
You can track and view the status of your orders via your account page onwww.laterreluxury.com by going to “my account”.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the courier and the related waybill. To track your order, visitwww.aramex.com/express/track and
enter your tracking number.

What do I do if I miss the delivery?
All deliveries require a signature. If you or someone on your behalf is unable to sign for it, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery.
Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, so deliveries to apartment buildings and shared accommodation may not receive a card as a matter of security.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery is unsuccessful on two or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund. We will try to contact you to arrange for a new order to be placed.
How do I cancel an order?
Forward the confirmation email toinfo@laterreluxury.com stating your wish to cancel the order.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it. If this is the case, please follow the return instructions included in the parcel for a refund.
How do I return a product?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards, downloadable software products or health and personal care items.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive an email once your return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which generally takes 5 – 7 days.
If you have yet to receive the refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email toinfo@laterreluxury.com and send your item to:
